Society was very near to my office so this was the best part of the society .

Good things here
The connectivity here is good; you can easily find auto-rickshaws and other modes of transportation. Medical shops and markets are also nearby. The society is clean and well-maintained. There are no issues with leakage or seepage, and waterlogging isn't a problem. Neighbors are friendly, and there isn't much congestion here. The flats are also well-constructed. read more
Things need improvement
The society doesn't have CCTV cameras or lifts, except for a few spots where CCTV is installed. Facilities like a swimming pool, gym, or clubhouse are also not available within the society or nearby. The park or play area is located outside the society premises. Festivals are not celebrated here. There's an issue with internet connectivity, as the company owning cable connections doesn't allow installation of fiber connections from providers like Jio or Airtel. The need for lifts is felt, especially for elderly residents who face difficulties with stairs. read more
