The functioning of the society committee leaves much to be desired, and the maintenance efforts are extremely lacking. The frequent breakdowns of the lifts and the overall poor construction quality of the society, including small and cramped flats with seepage issues, add to our dissatisfaction. While amenities are available, the charges for them are unreasonably high, making them inaccessible for many residents. Furthermore, the mix of people in the society, with some being difficult to deal with, adds to the overall negative experience. Moreover, the connectivity of the roads around the society is abysmal, with damaged roads leading to traffic congestion and further inconvenience.
