Good things here

The surrounding people are friendly and helpful, and we celebrate various festivals together like Bathukamma, Diwali, Holi, Ganesh Pooja, and Ugadhi. Connectivity-wise, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and hospitals nearby. The road construction is good, with proper functioning street lights and ample parking space available. Maintenance-wise, we have a team of 6 housekeeping personnel who do a commendable job. Daily cleaning is carried out efficiently, and regular garbage collection is maintained. We enjoy reliable water and power supply, and the lifts function properly. Additionally, amenities such as a swimming pool, table tennis, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are available. read more

I lived in this society four years ago, and it was a great experience. I had no issues with connectivity; autos, cabs, and public transport were easily accessible. Maintenance was excellent, with regular cleaning, efficient garbage collection, and well-maintained lifts. The construction quality was solid, with no leaks or cracks, and the ventilation was good. The amenities like the garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubs were all in great condition and added a lot to my living experience. Good things here

There are no leaks or seepage problems anywhere in the society due to its high grade of construction. Excellent security is also provided by the sturdy, unbroken structure and the constantly on-duty guards. There are no parking problems in the community, and there are no stray dogs. All the facilities, including a clubhouse, gym, pool, garden and parks, are accessible, and the lifts function efficiently. read more

Road are not maintained in front of the society and they face difficulty in travelling through the society. Auto rickshaws and buses are not easily available, causing inconvenience to residents. People have to travel long distances and wait a long time to find transportation. This difficulty impacts their daily commute and overall convenience. read more

Connectivity via Ola and Uber is readily available in the society. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are reliable. Garbage collection is very good; they collect waste daily. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are well-maintained and available. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Greenery is well-maintained and adds to the pleasant environment. Hospitals are conveniently located nearby, making it very convenient. The area is very friendly and peaceful. read more
