Good things here

Society's maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained. Garbage collection is properly collected on time. Road conditions are exceptional and quality of the roads are very good and street lights are properly functional. All issues are maintained by the society on time. Everyone has got their personal parking. Parking rules are followed by all residents. Facilities and Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society. Everything is well maintained. the connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. nearby the society local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available. Schools are also available. Medical shops is right outside the society. I have not faced such water supply and electricity supply issues. Elevators works fine and are maintained on time. There are CCTV cameras installed all over the society. The rooms are properly ventilated with access to sunlight in all rooms. The construction quality of the buildings are quite commendable. No seapage and leakage issues has happened. People are amazing and frindly in the society, the social life is amazing. All are friendly and cooperative. read more

Things need improvement

The society has not got any visitor's parking available inside the society, guests have to park their cars outside the society. Power backup is not available for residents, power backup is only available for common areas. There are absolutely no amenities available in the society. Open spaces are not available. read more

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, rikshaw, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. collages, schools and markets all are nearby the society. Roads are in good condition. Street lights are in working condition. Maintenance of the society is very good. Regular maintenance is done. The society also resolves issues on time when raised. Wet and dry waste are collected seperately. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year proper sunlight is received in all the rooms. Layout is good. Building quality is good, The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. People are cooperative and friendly towards each other. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. Security guards are also good. Lifts are working ffine and yearly maintenance is done. read more

Facilities and amenities like gym, swimming pool and play area are not available in the society. Parking space has to be purchased, it is not alloted to all the residents. read more

Good things here

It feels great living in such a well-connected and welcoming society. Having public transportation options and essential amenities within walking distance makes life so much easier. Plus, the emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene ensures a healthy environment for everyone. The security measures in place, like CCTV and a reliable security system, provide peace of mind. But what truly makes it special is the sense of community. Everyone is friendly and cooperative, and celebrating festivals and events together strengthens our bond even more. It's unfortunate that we're experiencing electricity issues in the society. Power outages can be quite inconvenient, especially without any backup options. Without facilities like a gym, swimming pool, or play area for kids, there might be fewer recreational opportunities within the community. And not having a clubhouse means we miss out on potential gathering spaces for events or socializing. read more

Good things here

Although my overall experience with the society wasn't particularly great, the public transport availability was decent. Auto rickshaws, cabs, and nearby metro stations were easily accessible, so the connectivity of the society�was�good. read more

Things need improvement

My experience wasn't very good with the society because the maintenance was extremely poor. The lift was often out of order, and garbage accumulation was common as cleaning was not done regularly. Additionally, there were frequent issues with water supply, and the construction quality was subpar with problems like leakages. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden were nonexistent. Moreover, the connectivity was poor as roads were often broken or damaged. These were the challenges I had to face. Furthermore, the people in the society were not very friendly; I only interacted with one neighbor, and the rest were quite rude, and there was a lack of community�interaction. read more
