Good things here

The Garbage collection is done on time, society looks after it. There are staffs appointed for garbage collection. I have not encountered any power cut issues in the society. Lifts are available and maintained on time. There are gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids available in the society as amenities. Near to 200 festivals and events are celebrated in the society where all residents takes active participation. Enough parking space is also available, and I have never faced any issues regarding parking being a tenent. read more

The lack of available public transportation around our society is indeed a concern, as it can impact our connectivity and convenience. In order to overcome this challenge, many residents, including myself, rely on our own vehicles or utilize online cab services for commuting purposes. Moreover, the distance to market areas from our society poses another challenge, as it requires us to resort to online grocery shopping for our daily needs. Experiencing leakage issues in my apartment can be quite frustrating, especially when it reflects on the overall construction quality of the building. It's disappointing to find that the construction standards may not be up to the mark, leading to such issues. Additionally, delays in resolving these issues by the society can exacerbate the situation, causing inconvenience and discomfort for residents. Overall people are not that friendly and cooperative towards each other. read more

Good things here

The construction quality is fantastic here, with excellent plastering and fittings. The complex also has various shops like grocery stores, malls, markets, and even a hospital nearby. The metro station is conveniently close, and there's never any waterlogging issue. The roads are of great quality, and everyone has an allotted parking area. Garbage collection is always on time, and the lifts and CCTV work perfectly. The security guards take their responsibilities seriously. The society has all the amenities one could ask for, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, and garden. All festivals, including Diwali and Holi, are celebrated with enthusiasm. read more

There aren't any major issues in the society that need improvement. If there are any small issues, the maintenance team quickly resolves them. So, there's really no need for any improvements as such. read more
