While, Padmavati Nagar has its advantages but there are some few downsides that can't be avoided.The area has seen traffic especially during peak hours.The roads could use some improvement to handle the growing number of vehicles.The rapid urbanization has also led to some construction noise and dust which can be annoying sometimes. read more

Good things here
the locality is good as it is safe to go out at night, thanks to an nearby police station. you will find plenty of shared auto, vans, buses and private cabs like Ola, uber with in walking distance. there are mall, banks, and many shops all within walking distance to o. the locality is well connected to the main city with good public transport, including municipal buses. the roads are in moderate condition, and good schools are also available in Bibewadi. read more
Things need improvement
road works are currently in progress and parking is limited on weekend and during holidays.traffic jam are frequent during peak hours lead to pollution. there is no near me metro connection and frequent power cut occurs in the area. read more

Good things here
Bibewadi is quite porsche area with many connectivity options . The area is surrounded with good people and houses . Many jain and marwadi families live here . The societies are well built with good lightning and low power cuts. It also has 2 3 parks and a lot of greenery It has good restaurants nearby , bus connectivity and also well lit streets. read more
Things need improvement
While there are not many dislikes about Bibewadi but the area becomes too much crowded in evening leading to pollution and traffic causing parking and connectivity issues. It is more like a market side area . The area roads are not quite good and have not been repaired since a long time . That's all from my side. read more

Good things here
Pune is famous for its localities due to wide range of services provided. Bibvewadi is one such locality. There is no history of crime in the neighbourhood of the locality and quality of roads are also best to best. The locality is well maintained and there are great schools and malls nearby. read more
