This project is spread out over a 12-acre area. This project has a total of 226 units. The roads are well connected and everything is nearby like you can go to the nearest mall in a few minutes only. The Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants, and other amenities are nearby almost all types of cabs like Ola, Uber reach this place on time as there is no connectivity issue or traffic. I love the overall amenities and interior space in every room the project has. The project is really great to reside at. 24x7 security and rain water harvesting are offered for residents. The construction is strong enough to be sure of safe stay.

Neighborhood is very peaceful and safe for walking and everything in close reach from shopping mall to school and market along with hospital. However, cielings of my home is pealing off and bathroom fittings are not so great.

The CasaGrand Futura start certificate has not been issued. Furthermore, the occupancy certificate was not obtained. The power and water supply are excellent and you can reach here easily as the connectivity is not an issue. There are many schools and colleges at a reachable distance so, there is nothing to worry about the education of the kids. . Everything is readily available nearby hence, no need to go anywhere else. read more
