Good things here

Only good thing about it that good schools are nearby the society for our kids The people in the society are frieindly and cooperative,all cultural festivals are celebrated together. read more

Things need improvement

The connectivity of the society is not that good, public transports are not easily available, there are no nearby metro station The area is getting developed but some seapage issues is faced within the society The construction quality of the society is not good Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house are not available in the society There are drainage issues that are faced majorly during rainy season in and around the society There are water supply issue which are faced in the society and there are also leakage issues The maintainance and system of the society needs to be changed to improve the living condition of the society The roads are not made properly outside the society Faces a lot of street dog issues paintings take time to be done read more

Connectivity acha hai koi issue nahi hai, public transport mil jata hai, market schools hospitals sab hain paas mein. New flats mein no issues of seepage/leakage. Society clean rehta hai, Playground hai waha society mein. Log cooperative hain , saath me festivals manate hain. Mobile network theek hai, no waterlogging issues as such here. read more

Jab se bani hai society, around 7-8 saal se , toh society me kabhi bhi painting nahi hua hai society mein. Old flats mein thoda seepage/leakage ka issue hai. There are no swimming pool, gym & clubhouse in the society. read more

Good things here

The metro station is a bit of a distance from the house, but it's easy to find cabs, autos, and buses for convenient travel. The market area is conveniently located downstairs in the building. Maintenance and cleanliness are consistently upheld, and the construction quality has been excellent, with no issues ever reported. CCTV cameras and lifts are installed and well-maintained, while amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and parks are kept in great condition. The residents are incredibly cooperative, fostering a strong sense of community, and they joyfully celebrate festivals together. One of the most beloved aspects of the society is the wonderful neighbors who surround us. read more

Swimming pool is not there in the society. There is no such thing to dislike in the society.

The location of the society is top notch , The premises of the society has open space & greenery . The public transport are available 24/7 outside the society. Construction quality is not a issue coz we have never faced issues related to seepage/seelan. read more

The roads outside the society needs to be improved. There are no amenities in the society like parks,gym,clubhouse and swimming pool. read more

Good things here

Transportation connectivity is satisfactory, with nearby availability of cabs and autos, and wide roads. Maintenance is fine, ensuring regular water supply with good water quality. Electricity is provided properly and on time. Hygiene in the society is maintained even during the rainy season. Construction quality is good; despite living for nine years, there have been no issues related to construction or insects. A gym is conveniently located nearby, and the community is friendly and cooperative, enjoying the celebration of festivals like Diwali and Pooja. read more
