Good things here

The society is made with good materials and the wooden work is also done of good teak wood. It open space to walk and good security system. read more

Things need improvement

The people in the society practice communalism, they are always giving importance to some festivals like Pongal and not to festivals like Diwali, it is a festival celebrated by entire India, still they will create fuss. The maintenance charge is 3800 but still the pool is small and not cleaned on time. The gym is small no AC. The indoor play area is mostly broken by the kids. The parents does not educate their child for an ethical behaviour. The landlord is very greedy, according to the agreement she was supposed to increase 5% of the rent, she suddly came and increased 35% of the rent saying that is the market rate. read more

This place has a lot of power fluctuations. They might have poor planning while making this place. Security is quite reliable in day light but in the night it is really poor.

Place is absolutely gorgeous with a lot of amenities. There are nicely designed flats around this place. Lots of open places and greenery are available in it. There is plenty of open space as well.

Environment is quite good with lots of open areas. It even has a corn field and greenery around it. The views from the balconies are also quite satisfying. Security is also good here
