The community is known for its friendly and cooperative atmosphere, where cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Pet rules are in place, and lifts are well-maintained for convenience. The connectivity is good, as cabs and local trains are easily accessible. Electricity and water supply are adequate, and garbage collection and disposal are done on time. All amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and parks are available in the society premises. The lifts are well maintained, and people are cooperative and friendly. There are some minor seepage issues in some flats. While some flats have balconies, others do not. The roads outside the society are in poor condition, and parking vehicles on the main road outside the society is necessary due to parking issues. The deteriorated roads contribute to traffic congestion and waterlogging issues. read more

The parking area for cars in the neighborhood was ample for residents' needs. However, during occasional events or functions in the society, parking outside became necessary due to limited space. read more

Swimming pool was never clean,we had leakage issues in the unit like in bedroom bathroom kitchen water was falling from the ceilling ,build quality was not that great read more
