This housing society has good connectivity, making it easy to commute by providing easy access to cars, metro, train stations, taxis, and buses. Even though there aren't many in-person contacts with neighbors, the neighborhood's general atmosphere seems safe and pleasant, which adds to the comfort of living there. The living environment is kept clean and well-managed by maintenance services like elevator operation, routine cleaning, effective rubbish collection, and recurring water tank cleaning. The quality of construction is commendable, as there are very few concerns with sunshine, ventilation, leaks, seepage, and cracks in the units. read more

Nevertheless, the housing society is devoid of a number of expected but necessary amenities, including a park, gym, swimming pool, children's play area, garden, and clubs. Garbage collection, cleaning, and hygiene were well-maintained. The lifts, security guard, and CCTV cameras worked well. Cultural events like Holi, Diwali, and Ganpati were celebrated. Autos and rickshaws were easily available, and there was a bus stop nearby. Malls, markets, grocery shops, and hospitals were all close by, and transportation was good. The construction quality was good with proper ventilation, and there were no issues with seepage or leakage. Both covered and uncovered parking spaces were allotted for everyone. read more

Things need improvement

It was a small society, so there were no modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, or garden. The metro was under construction at that time. There was no power backup available in the society, which caused a lot of issues during power cuts. read more
