The society is built really well with no issues like seepage or termites. Electricity and water supply are reliable, and the buildings are well-ventilated. The neighbors are friendly, the elevators work fine, and there's always a security guard. Garbage is collected regularly. It's well-connected, with easy access to autos and cabs, and the roads are in good condition. Hospitals and markets are nearby, and each resident has their own parking spot.
