The construction quality is commendable, with no reported problems like seepage or leakage. Residents enjoy various facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids. The community is known for its friendly and cooperative atmosphere, where cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Pet rules are in place, and lifts are well-maintained for convenience. There are some minor seepage issues in some flats. While some flats have balconies, others do not. The roads outside the society are in poor condition, and parking vehicles on the main road outside the society is necessary due to parking issues.
