Roads are very well maintained. Shops, hospitals, schools, markets, and every other thing is available in the locality. There are few provisional stores and pharmacy as well. Commute is very easy from this area.

The area is clean and tidy. Auto and cabs are available easily. Metro is close to area that provides easy access to neighbouring locations. No power issues in the area. Also, water supply is good. High levels of pollution.

Matunga is very well connected to western and central railway. Auto and cabs are available easily. Metro is not close to area. Dadar metro station is 25 minutes walk from the place. There are good hospitals and schools near the area.
