Maintenance services are very good, everything is well maintained and if there is any problem, its solution is provided easily. read more

Autos were not available outside the society and there was a problem of seepage in the flats.

The society enjoys excellent connectivity, with easy access to autos, cabs, metro, and railway stations nearby. Things need improvement

The build quality of the society is subpar, with prevalent issues of leakage and seepage that owners have had to address themselves. Frequent power cuts occur, and unfortunately, there are no power backup facilities available in the society. Additionally, maintenance services are lacking, with poor attentiveness to residents' needs. read more

Good things here

Construction quality of this area surpasses that of other societies. Connectivity is excellent as the society is easily accessible, with the Aqualine metro station within 1 km. The location is also favorable, situated right on the road. Nearby hospitals include Felix Hospital, and Medanta Hospital is also being constructed within a 2-3 km radius. Services like Swiggy and Zomato delivery operate round the clock. Lift maintenance is also good. read more

The clubhouse is quite small, more of a name than a substantial facility. The gym and swimming pool are average, not particularly spacious or well-equipped. There's some level of politics among the society members. read more

Good things here

I left the society few years back, Small soceity, location is good everything is accesible there markets, sabzi mandi easily there, shopping complex was near. Cabs ajati thi, No water loggin issue i had faced, roads were very wide, 24hours electricity supply from govt, Painting was done timely, swimming pool was there, open space area and kids play area was there. Society was safe in night as well. I used to go to office so i never get time to interact with people there, i know much about events in th esoicety as i used to visit my hometown for all the festivals. read more

Things need improvement

Construction quality not good, walls are thin and weak, this was the major issue me and my roommates were facing when we were living there, we almost lived for 2years there and that is the only issue we had in the society rest everything was quite cool as i have already mentioned. read more

Good things here

Autos, cabs, and buses are conveniently available nearby. The marketplaces are situated close to the society. All amenities are meticulously maintained. Maintenance is excellent, with CCTV cameras and lifts installed and well-maintained within the society. Cleanliness is also upheld. The standout feature is the society's prime location and pleasant atmosphere. read more
