Good things here

the quality of roads in this locality is better than other localities and you will not even face any of the problem during monsoons or rainy seasons the festival and cultural holidays are also there in this society and are celebrated by the people. The safety is there at night time also and there is no any power cuts or a water issues in this locality. The fellow resident behaviour is also good and they are decent. read more

Good things here

i purchase this property in 2019 and have been living there since then.it is situated in mumbai which lies in kanjurmarg.the station in just 5 mins from the residency.the residency quite specious and luxurious with 24 hours CCTV surveillance.the guards on the gates are very cooperative and do their duty well.there is an ample parking space for the vehicles.the residency is situated near the NCH colony which is kush green so there is no polution in the nearby area.thereore the climate is very cool and peaceful. read more
