Good things here

Connectivity with cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book through Ola and Uber. The locality of the society is very good, offering amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and sports grounds, all well-maintained. There is a lot of greenery outside the society, providing a very convenient and free space. Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7, and power backups are also available. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. Public transportation like buses is available within walking distance, around 1 km from the society. Parking is very spacious and convenient. read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality is not good. There are leaks and other issues, especially during the rainy season, which is very inconvenient. There is also some pollution outside the society due to the nearby main road. Maintenance charges are expensive and very inconvenient in this society. Schools are available far from the society, which is very inconvenient. read more

I love that the society has excellent connectivity with schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. The construction quality is top-notch with no seepage or termite problems, and my apartment has proper ventilation and solid plaster and fittings. Each resident gets their own designated parking spot, and everyone follows the rules, which keeps things orderly. Garbage collection is done regularly with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available and well-maintained, and the neighbors are friendly and never cause any issues. The elevators are always in working order, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards for safety. read more

Things need improvement

The only real downside is the narrow approach to the society. It's a bit away from the main road, which makes it tough to get an autorickshaw. But other than that, everything is fine, and I haven't had any problems with the management. read more

The amenities of the society are very good. It includes a swimming pool, clubhouse, gymnasium, tennis courts, kids' area, and maintenance costs. The society's water facility is very good, with power backup and garbage collection also being reliable. You will like the well-maintained surroundings and the construction quality, which is very good. There are no open spaces, and the amenities are as described. The hospital is about 500 meters away, which is convenient for emergencies. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Overall, it offers a very satisfactory and respectable living environment. read more

Public transportation options are available very easily, especially buses. There is no metro rail, and bus access is very convenient. However, there is a lot of traffic during the evening from 4-6 PM, which is inconvenient in every sense. read more

I am a former resident Connectivity was excellent, with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. Maintenance was good, and the surroundings were kept clean. The amenities, such as the swimming pool, gym, and children's play area, were enjoyable and well-maintained. The construction quality was solid, with no major issues like leaks or cracks. The neighbourhood was friendly and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to live. Parking and guest parking were convenient and there were no issues with stray dogs. CCTV and security were reliable, ensuring safety. read more

As a former resident, I faced issues with cockroaches in my apartment. Rest everything was great from Connectivity to Maintenance, Construction, Amenities and Neighbourhood. read more

Booking an Ola around 6 pm to 8 pm can be difficult due to heavy traffic. The construction quality is average, and installing a wall clock or similar fixtures can be problematic. The traffic congestion near the main road adds to the inconvenience. Despite the many amenities, the construction issues can detract from the overall living experience. read more
