That society is one of the best societies in Delhi NCR. maintenance of the society was no doubt good and never faced an issue with the construction quality of issues related to seepage or water leakage. repainting and other things were done at the time. security facility was also good in the society. everything was available within the society itself like the gym, playground, clubhouse, and parking for visitors,. there was nothing that we could add to society. there were hospitals near the society. mall was a bit far but there was a market being constructed near the society itself. connectivity of the society is good public vehicle is easily available and the society is also connected with elevated roads. read more

Metro was a bit far from the society taking somewhere around 40 mins to reach to metro station. daily connectivity is an issue as the metro is a bit far from the society so you would first have to take an auto or cab to the metro station. which is very far from society 40 mins read more

Auto & ola cabs are available for them easily, People of the society are socially active with each other. All the amenties are well maintained in the society. There is too much greenary in the premises & Its an open space. read more

Things need improvement

There is no metro station nearby the locality, They are facing issues with the R. W. A in the society. Guards of the society are careless & makes minor mistakes, The company which manages maintenance, they are after money, The maintenance charges are too high from the other big societies, They charge is too much but maintenance work is not done properly. When called for maintenance work, they have to call again and again to remind the worker to visit the house and even after calling so many times, they never reach on the given time. There was seepage issues before. read more

As a former resident who lived there three years ago, I can attest that the recent addition of a flyover has significantly improved connectivity. Although the metro was not operational during my time, I was aware of its construction progress. The society had professional CCTV and security systems in place, ensuring safety. Additionally, there were two clubhouses available for residents' use. read more

Things need improvement

While there were no significant water issues except for some problems with HCP water, villas experienced seepage problems. Cultural weeks were organized, but residents tended to spend time with their friend circles. The construction quality could be improved, particularly regarding the doors, as the quality of materials used in the plaza was not as good as that in the villas. read more

The society has nearby auto and e- rickshaws. Water is avaiable 24 hours and painting is done every four years. Park is available for children and elderly. People are friendly and cooperative. Overall society has a lot of greenary around and fresh air so the residents like the greenary. No noise issue, the society is calm. read more

The society does not have a nearby metro station. People have to travel long way to reach metro station. Swimming pool. gym, lift are not available in the society. Sometimes water logging happens during the rainy season and seepage issue occurs which is really necessary to be taken care of. Parking area is average read more
