Good things here

I really enjoy the connectivity of the society and having a market nearby. Public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs are easily accessible, and the roads are well-maintained. The regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation works efficiently. The elevators are always reliable and well-maintained. The construction quality here is excellent; I haven't faced any seepage or termite issues. The proper ventilation in our apartment makes it comfortable to live in. It's great that we have access to a gym, clubhouse, and a well-maintained swimming pool. Our neighbors have been friendly and supportive, which has made our long stay here enjoyable. read more

Things need improvement

Honestly, there's very little to complain about in this society. Even when there have been minor issues like occasional seepage, they've always been promptly resolved. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with everything about the society. read more

Living here has been quite comfortable for me. The maintenance is generally reliable, with regular garbage collection with proper seggregation of wet and dry waste. The construction quality is top notch, with sufficient carpet area. Also the POP finish enhance the asthetic looks. Amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and other facilities are well-maintained and contribute positively to my living experience. People in the society are quite social, they celebrate all the festivals together . No issues regarding leakage, seepage in the building. Good water , electricity supply with proper garbage collection. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and park are available in the society. Good connectivity with the availability of cabs, autos and public transport nearby. Good security and parking facilities. read more
