It's disappointing that the swimming pool is frequently closed due to insufficient society funds, and some gym equipment isn't even functional. Plus, it's frustrating that the ACs in common areas aren't switched on during hot weather, leaving residents uncomfortable. The low air quality pollution outside also puts a damper on the view. And let's not forget about the lack of certain amenities like a well-equipped club and a larger playground space. Noise pollution can also be a real headache.
