Good things here

It is well situated. RWA services are good. People are nice. Lots of shops around. Many schools and hospitals near home. read more

Very poor Maintenance . Shabby condition of construction. Registration happened very late. Resale value is low. read more

Good things here

He used to live earlier in the mentioned society. Public transport easily mil jata tha, noida sector 52 metro tha paas me. Society saaf rehta tha , cleaners the waha. Market bhi tha wahi society me. Good drainage system was there. Amenities were nice & maintained like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse. read more

No as such issues were there when he used to live there , it is just he told that there were some street dogs issue in & around the society. read more

Ola and uber are available outside the society , the flats were well ventialled in the soceity all amenities are there like gym, clubhouse, swimming pool in the society , there was alot of open space in the society , the market area is available around 100m of area, the good quality of plaster used in the society like there is no issue of ceiling and seepage read more

Things need improvement

Only autos are available there in the society , the maintenance was bit average that time but its was improving , the people were busy in their own life so very less interaction with them , i didn't know much about festival celebration because i came to my hometown on that time read more

Good things here

The society has beautiful amenities including play area for children, games room with table tennis. Swimming pool is very well maintained. Metro station is situated at around 500m from the society. Food delivery apps such as Zomato and Swiggy are available. Painting is conducted and garbage collection is done. read more

Things need improvement

Sometimes seepage happens on the walls of the building and the walls crack creating problem. Most commonly it happens during monsoon. The neighbours are average. read more
