Good things here

Having easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities like markets, schools, and malls makes my daily routine smooth and convenient. The availability of 24/7 water supply and electricity ensures that my basic needs are always met, and the amenities within the society, such as the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area, add to the overall quality of life. I'm grateful for the excellent maintenance standards in our society, which ensure that hygiene is maintained and any issues are promptly addressed. The good road quality outside the society is an added bonus, making transportation even more convenient. Having allotted parking space and visitor parking makes it easy for me and my guests to park without hassle. The reliable lifts, CCTV surveillance, and security guards provide me with peace of mind knowing that safety and security are prioritized. South-west facing flats like ours are well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight. Any issues within the society are promptly addressed, and maintenance charges are kept at a normal rate. read more

The society is situated near a highway, which has led to some traffic congestion, particularly due to ongoing metro construction. Unfortunately, the nearest railway station is quite far, approximately 11 km away from the society. Additionally, there is no swimming pool available within the society premises. read more

The society is connected to the highway. The residents are good, and we celebrate festivals together. Bachelors are allowed in the society. Ventilation is good, and sunlight comes into the flats. The lifts are maintained. Pets are allowed in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Autos are available from the society, but the frequency is very low. There is a lot of traffic on the roads near the society due to construction. In the morning, signals on the roads are often not working, which causes problems in crossing the roads. All modern amenities are available, but they are not maintained at all. There are a lot of leakage and seepage issues in the flats. read more
