The facilities in our society are truly commendable. Firstly, the connectivity is superb, with easy access to various modes of public transport such as buses, autos, and cabs. The well-maintained roads ensure smooth travel within and outside the area. One of the standout features is the proximity of essential amenities like schools, hospitals, and markets, making life convenient for all residents. Additionally, the construction quality of the buildings is excellent. Nonetheless, proper ventilation contribute to a comfortable living environment. Moreover, the society ensures designated parking for each resident, with strict adherence to rules. Regular garbage collection, with segregation of wet and dry waste, is another positive aspect. The provision of 24*7 electricity and water supply adds to the convenience. Furthermore, the friendly behaviour of the neighbors fosters a strong sense of community, making it a pleasant place to reside. The presence of well-maintained elevators and round-the-clock security guard services further enhances the overall living experience. read more

The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygiene is properly maintained. Nearby local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Lifts are available and it functional properly. Other facilities and amenities like gym, clubhouse, play area for kids are available in the society. Garbage collection is done on time. The construction quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Ventilation is also good. Layouts are very nice. Security guards are very nice. Connectivity of the society is very convenient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. CCTV cameras are installed. There are no stray dog issues faced in the society. read more

Living in my society is truly a great experience. The construction quality is top-notch, and I haven't encountered any issues like seepage or water leakage in my flat. It's such a relief to live in well-ventilated apartments, and having amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse right within reach adds so much convenience and enjoyment to daily life. The maintenance of the society and its amenities is excellent, and I appreciate the effort put into keeping everything in top condition. Good things here

When I moved out of the society around 7-8 years ago, it was a vibrant and convenient place to live. Auto-rickshaws were readily available, and there was a bustling market just outside the society gate. Restaurants and malls were within walking distance, making it easy to access various necessities. The market outside the gate offered everything from stationery to groceries, fruits, vegetables, and medicines. Traffic congestion was not a significant issue at that time. The society maintained good standards of water supply, cleanliness, and garbage collection, which contributed to a pleasant living environment. Security measures were in place, with guards stationed at the main gate and below the building, ensuring the safety of residents. Outsiders were not allowed entry without proper authorization. The presence of balconies in the building added to the quality of life, and there were no reported issues with water leakage or seepage. Overall, neighbors were cooperative, and community events were celebrated with enthusiasm, creating a sense of belonging among residents. read more

Things need improvement

During the rainy season, waterlogging was indeed a concern in the society. Additionally, the society lacked amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, or parks. However, there was a small garden available where children could play. read more
