A clean and pleasant environment with all of the modern utilities and luxuries that are hard to get by elsewhere. The connection is excellent because the auto and bus stations are close by, and it is easy to get to nearby locations at any time of day or night.

Regular maintenance of roads, parks and other infrastructure is done. Cleanliness and safety is not a concern in any scenario as these are taken care very well. Connectivity is good as you can reach the nearby market or anywhere else in few minutes because the bus stand and auto stand are near.
