This project is of extremely low quality, falling into the category of a 3rd or lower class development. The construction material used and the planning of the project are of very poor standards. Therefore, it is strongly advised not to invest in this deceitful and unreliable land project. Under Developed and way too costly as per quality. Not at all recommended to buy.
