a very good residency with 24 hour power backup and all amenities are available like swimming pool, cycling track, jogging course etc. good schools and educational institutions are all available nearby. the residency is quite expensive.

in a radius of 1km there are hospitals, schools and transporation. the bus depot and the bus stand are all located nearby. as Noida is a growing commercial hub it has also become a major transportation centre and thus the residents a much benifitted.
