The residence is so airy and has substantial area for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I used to meditate here every sunrise. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. It has a community hall for meetings and cultural programs. I have been living here for 6months with my husband and two daughters and having the best expenditure and duties of them till now. The developers have furnished the best structures of for evey corners of flat. Every rooms have enough spaces and airy. Rooms are decorated with beautiful colours. Overall the settings are quite good.

Some negative issues that I should include here that are several potholes that have been occurred in the internal roads in this region as the local people reported and that can create road accidents also. During monsoon, the potholes get filled with water and create huge difficulty to pass by. Most if the time, water supply gets intermittently affected due to lack of rainfall in summer. read more

The place has a good connection with roads and highways which has been much beneficial to me. My father is an employee of an IT hub which is just a few km distance from the place. The place delivers several useful factors like some well known schools, super speciality hospitals, banks, shopping malls, medicine shops are so close to my place.
