Good things here

We've lived here for the past decade and love the peaceful surroundings with abundant greenery and open spaces for activities like playing, cycling, and evening walks. The location is very convenient, just 500 meters from the metro station and bus stop, and 2 kilometers from supermarkets, grocery stores, and hospitals. The roads are well-maintained, street lights work properly, and parking space is ample. Maintenance here is top-notch with daily garbage collection and no issues regarding water or power supply. The elevator works well, and the building is well-ventilated. We also enjoy a range of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, walking track, community hall, children's play area, and party hall. Overall, it's been a great place to call home for the past decade. read more

The maintenance in our society is not up to the mark, especially regarding garbage collection, which has been causing inconvenience to residents. There is a definite need for improvements to ensure better living conditions for everyone. read more

There are no issues with connectivity; it's easy to find auto rickshaws, cabs, and the metro. The railway station and airport are conveniently located nearby. Maintenance is reliable, and the amenities such as the gym, pool, and parks are well-kept. Security is strong, ensuring a safe environment. There's plenty of parking for both residents and guests. The stray dogs are well-managed and don't cause any problems. read more

There's leakage in the walls, which needs to be addressed. The CCTV coverage is not comprehensive, which is a concern for security. Some neighbours can be difficult to deal with at times. read more

Unfortunately, the swimming pool isn't well-maintained, which is disappointing. The lack of a formal society association is noticeable, with only volunteers handling maintenance. This sometimes leads to inconsistent upkeep of common areas and facilities. read more
