worst society I would say, you will be paying maximum maintenance and it will increase anytime without any notice. Will be deducted from you electricity meter. read more

until and unless you have your own vehicle you cannot go anywhere from here. You need to have a bike or a car atleast to travel and if you have family read more

Good things here

There was near by metro and railway station even local transport was easily available near by the society.Quality of the construction was good and there was no seepage issues in the apartment.this was family residency and all the people were coperative and friendly all the festivals were celebrated in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Landlord was not good and loyal even he did not refunded the whole deposite amount.All the tiles of the bathroom got broken suddnely but that was fixed by owner.This is just small society and only basic amenities are available in the society like swimming is small,kids play araes is small and club huse is just service room of the apartment.parking was small and conjusted.bacholers were not allowed in the society. read more

Good things here

The maintainance of the society is good. Garbage collections are also done on time. construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues and plaster quality issues are not seen. People are friendly, educated and cooperative, all the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together. read more

Things need improvement

Sometimes water supply issues happens in the which was faced previously, right now it's much better. The connectivity of the society is bit of a concern, public transports like auto, cabs are easily not available outside the society. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool play area for kids are not available in the society. read more

Good things here

We have designated parking and well-maintained lifts. Our neighbors are good and cooperative. We have all modern amenities well taken care of. The society is clean, and we always have water supply, with no leakage or seepage issues. read more

Things need improvement

The local railway station is far from the society. A metro station is under construction. There's no parking inside the society for visitors; they have to park outside. Our flat doesn't have a balcony. read more
