We have a large play area where surrounding children and my own enjoy playing games. Within a 500-meter radius, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, tiffin centers, and excellent road quality with street lights. Ample parking space is available, and amenities such as a badminton court, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are accessible. Maintenance is excellent with regular garbage collection and cleaning. We benefit from good water and power supply, and functional lifts. The neighborhood is characterized by friendly and cooperative residents, and the construction ensures well-ventilated floors read more

The amenities, including the swimming pool, gym, and children's play area, are very nice. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming people. CCTV and security are reliable, ensuring safety. There is an issue with the security team here. The security changes regularly, which causes confusion. Sometimes one security guard turns the water motor on, and another forgets to turn it off, leading to a lot of water wastage. read more

There is no stationary store nearby, which makes it difficult for residents to purchase essential supplies quickly. This inconvenience forces people to travel further to fulfill their stationary needs. As a result, even simple tasks like buying paper or pens become time-consuming. read more
