There are good schools close, marketplaces within walking distance, good hospitals nearby, and well-lit streets. The roads are still under construction and will not be finished anytime soon. The environmental conditions are favourable because we have a lake and plenty of open space. All everyday necessities are available at nearby stores.

The locality is populated, and we do not feel isolated. It is one of the busiest areas, with increased pollution. The roadways are also extremely narrow and frequently congested. It also lowers the quality in terms of hygiene.
