Good things here

We moved out of the society during COVID. The proximity of schools near the society was very convenient for us. The amenities in the society, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, community hall, kids' play area, and gym, were well-maintained, although they were closed during the COVID period. The construction quality of the building is excellent since it is relatively new, and everything was new when we first moved in. The society's location near the main road provides easy accessibility to the city. The parking area is convenient, with limited visitor parking available. Nearby facilities such as salons, restaurants, and malls add to the convenience of living here. Hospitals located close to the society ensure quick access during emergencies, which is very beneficial. read more

The heavy traffic outside the society is highly inconvenient for residents. Moreover, due to the proximity of the main road, pollution levels are noticeable, further affecting the living environment in the busy society. read more

The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming. Security is effective CCTV coverage, and there is ample parking space for both residents and guests. One of the main issues I've faced is the cleaning and dusting of the floors in the common areas; it's not up to the mark. There are cockroaches in the common areas, which is quite unpleasant. read more

Residents in their society are dealing with frequent power cuts and persistent leakage issues in bathroom walls, which are causing a lot of frustration and discomfort. It's clear that there's an urgent need for better infrastructure maintenance and improvements to ensure everyone's comfort and safety. I live in this housing society and rent an apartment. It's quite lavish. All amenities are available. Safety and security are great. It's close to a school. However, there is no nearby neighbourhood shop.
