Good things here

Electricity supply is good with clean water, and efficient garbage collection are provided. The people in the community are quite friendly . No problems with the building, such as seepage, leaks, or cracks. The community has amenities like a park, clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool. Excellent parking and security. Society is well-connected, with the availability of autos , cabs and public transportation. read more

There are no issues in the society regarding any aspect like connectivity , construction, maintenance and amenities . Everything is well maintained and functional . Its a great society to live in . read more

Good things here

Cleanliness is well-maintained in the society with efficient housekeeping staff. The lifts are maintained regularly. Festivals are celebrated very well. The society has all modern amenities. Autos and cabs are easily available. read more

Things need improvement

In the society, the water supplied is hard, so we need to install an RO system for drinking water at home. Due to hard water, there are white marks in the bathroom. The nearest metro station is 2. 5 km away from the society, and there is no bus available from the society; one has to walk to the main road. There is some seepage in the clubhouse of the society. read more

Every Thursday, the swimming pool in the society is cleaned. The society has all modern amenities, which are well-maintained. Local transportation is easily accessible from the society. Cleanliness is maintained, festivals are celebrated well, water is available 24/7, and the residents are decent. read more

Things need improvement

The play area in the society has accumulated a lot of dirt and is not properly cleaned. The maintenance charges are high, and we pay Rs. 16,000 quarterly. The paint on the walls of the flat's washroom is deteriorating, indicating poor wall quality. read more

Autos are available. Parking is in the basement. Ventilation is good, and there is no seepage. The gym, clubhouse, and play area are well-maintained. Garbage collection is regular. There are two elevators: one for passengers and one for service. Neighbors are mostly cooperative. Power backup is available. There is no water shortage. read more

Things need improvement

Ola and Uber do not arrive immediately and often wait outside the society. The playground is not used because my son is grown up, and I haven't seen another playground inside the clubhouse. read more
