Good things here
I'm very happy with our society, especially with how well maintenance and connectivity are managed. The maintenance team does a fantastic job of keeping our common areas clean, well-maintained, and attractive. They're also prompt in resolving any issues that come up. In terms of connectivity, our location is excellent with convenient access to major roads and public transportation. This makes commuting and navigating the city very convenient. read more
Things need improvement
I'm rather disappointed with some aspects of our society. The absence of amenities is particularly disappointing; we lack basic facilities such as a gym or a community hall, which makes social gatherings and staying fit inconvenient. Even a small park or playground is missing. Additionally, the construction quality is worrying. I've observed cracks in walls, leaky ceilings during rainy seasons, and inadequate sound insulation between apartments. read more

I find the easy access to public transportation incredibly convenient for commuting and traveling. The well-maintained roads and street lights ensure safe and smooth travel within and around the society.
