Good things here

There were no issues with leakage or seepage as the construction quality was good. The society had all modern amenities. The residents were cooperative. Water was available 24/7, and cleanliness was maintained. There were no issues with power cuts, and parking was sufficiently allocated for everyone. read more

Autos and buses were sometimes available easily near the society, but at other times, there was a long wait. The area where the society is located does not have a metro station. read more

As a resident of this society, I can share my experience and the facilities available here. Each resident has designated parking, which is great for maintaining order. The connectivity is excellent, with buses, autos, and cabs easily available. The roads are in good condition, making commutes smooth. Regular garbage collection is done with proper segregation of wet and dry waste, which helps keep the area clean. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and we have 24/7 electricity and water supply, which is quite reliable. The construction quality is excellent�there are no seepage or termite issues, and the apartments have proper ventilation with good plaster and fittings. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained, providing good recreational options. The neighbours are friendly and cooperative, creating a warm community atmosphere. They are also very careful with their pets and ensure they don�t cause any trouble. For safety, we have CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards. One of the main drawbacks of living here is that schools, hospitals, and markets are not nearby. We have to take a boat and cross Madh Island to reach the mainland, which can be quite inconvenient. However, there are many improvements from side like, there are some issues with getting cabs and the market is quite far away. There are minor construction issues including leakage problems from the walls and rainwater coming in through windows during the rainy season. The finishing in some areas is not good. There are also pet issues and bad behavior from some neighbors. Also people do not always follow rules especially in the swimming pool. read more
