Less Traffic, Car parking was completely dry even during the 2023 Chennai Floods, Quality of Roads are normal as you find in Chennai. Rare Power Cuts since 2022. Proximity to both the Metro Stations Villivakkam & Srinivasa Nagar is just 5 mins by Two Wheeler. Schools and Hospital are just 3 mins away. read more

The most liked thing is the continuous water supply to each and every home. We never run out of water. Best public transport facility is available. Schools and colleges of this place are having the best reputation. Market is also located at a small distance. read more

My locality has been well maintained. Yes my locality is clean and no pollution also . No, ,there is no shortage of water. The quality of roads are very good and no traffic problem . Yes,there is easily access to roads as well as malls .Yes, you can reach schools and restaurants easily. read more
