Autos are readily available within the society premises, ensuring easy transportation. The society enjoys a pollution-free environment, offering a peaceful and calm atmosphere. The water facility is reliable, complemented by a power backup system. Residents are friendly, cooperative. Additionally, there is a grocery shop located inside the society for added convenience. read more

The society is located in a remote area, making it inconvenient to access facilities such as malls, markets, and cinema theaters, all situated approximately 25 kilometers away. Additionally, the construction quality in the society is poor, resulting in issues such as seepages. Additionally, the main road is distant from the society, leading to a scarcity of public transportation options such as buses within the society premises. read more

I vacated the society two years ago. The water facility in the society is excellent compared to other societies. Garbage collection is also efficient, taking place daily. My office is conveniently located near the society, just 2 kilometers away. Essential facilities such as grocery shops and markets are available within the society premises. The gym is well-maintained with good equipment. Overall, the atmosphere of the society is very pleasant and welcoming. read more

The construction quality is very poor, with numerous seepages in the bathrooms. The railway station is inconveniently located around 5 kilometers away from the society. Fresh air is abundant in the society, and ventilation is excellent. I vacated the society four years ago. The water facility is good, and all facilities are available within walking distance, including groceries, malls, and markets. read more

Garbage collection in the society is inadequate, as the garbage is cleaned only once every three days, which is inconvenient for residents. Pollution is another concern due to the proximity of the main road, leading to excessive sound pollution. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the roads in the society requires improvement. read more
