Metro station is at some distance. The locality is very well maintained. There is a park nearby where swings for children to play. There are street lights installed on the road which work properly. electricity supply is good. no water shortage problem. There are many restaurants nearby where good food is available. taxi, bus facility is available in this area . read more

There is no good gym nearby. there is no good medical shop nearby. The roads are broken at many places and there are many potholes on road. Police station not nearby. read more

sector 48, Gurgaon is in the south part of gurgaon and is near to sector 47, 49, and 46. The sector is well connected with major roads which includes gold course road, sohna road and also have better connectivity with other areas of gurgaon. This area is consists of gates communities and independent houses and also there are some commercial places in the area for setting up small business. sector 48 is a well developed place with good roads. read more

Things need improvement

The biggest problem is that there is safety issue in this area even though locality includes gated communities but still petty crimes like theft and vandalism is a big concern. water and power supply is also the concern of the people as people face shortage of water and power during peak demand period. read more

In terms of connection, Sector 48 is a well-known location. There are close locations for all the necessary transportation options. Both the cost of properties and the number of available properties are very reasonable here. The area's excellent livability rating is also a result of its low pollution levels and quite neighbourhood. The crime rate is minimal, and almost all of the roads are hygienic and clean. read more
