Some negative factors that I should include here that are several patholes that have been occurred in the internal roads in this region as the local people reported and that can create road accidents also. Frequent power cuts happen in this place. During monsoon, the potholes get filled with water and create huge difficulty to pass by. Most of the time, water supply gets intermittently affected due to lack of rainfall in summer. Infrequent garbage collection in the locale also troubles the residents of this place. read more

This place has also a decent connection with roadways which is a major reason why I bought an apartment here. The other good reasons to buy home include modern facilities and reasonable cost which keeps it in one of the best projects in the entire area. It won’t be wrong to call it a secured place as the security is very good and there are no issues related to power backup or water supply. read more

Except for the above, the campus is good with it's major amenities as well. The housing is so green and has considerable space for gardening. The place is so calm for meditation and yoga as well. It has basketball, football courts, cricket grounds, swimming pool, kids pool, kids playground, gymnasium, small theatre, banquet hall, community hall for meetings are prevailed here. Construction is being well developed. Dwellers are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. I liked the place and looking forward to move in once it’s done and ready. read more
