Good things here

Connevtivity of the society is very convinient, all transportations are easily available,public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. Market areas, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. Everything is available within half a kms away from the society. Parking space is available and quite spacious, there is no parking chaos faced. Proper parking space is alloted to all residents. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. There are housekeeping team for 5 to 6 people, they maintain the society very nicely. Garbage collection is done on time. Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed. constructuion quality is good in the society. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such. Issues are resolved on time when raised. Amenities like gym, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Painting is done on time in the society, it is done last year. read more

Things need improvement

Sometimes lifts does not work, but maintainance is done on time. There is no guest parking inside the society, parking has to be done outside the society. There is no swimmingpool available in the society. People has a lot of pets and most people are not pet friendly, the owners does not follow the rules for keeping pets. Sometimes when renovation is done, the waste is collected on one place at the staircase which needs to be carried out on time as this can be dangerous. read more

Connectivity of the society is good regarding local market and local transport. Society is neat,clean and hygenic. allocated space for parking for owners. buil quality is great like no issues regarding quality. read more

Things need improvement

There is no allocated visitor parking in the society. only small club house and play area is there in name of the amenities and there is no swimming pool in the society. local railway station is far away from the society. read more
