Good things here

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are available and well-maintained in the society. Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available within the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and malls are conveniently located within 1 km from the society, making it convenient for residents. Public transportation, like buses, is available near the main gate, around 30 meters from the society. Additionally, there is a Prakruthi Hospital nearby for emergencies. The greenery in the society is very well-maintained. read more

The construction quality is poor because the building is around 10 years old, leading to some leaks in the bedroom walls of the flats. Living in this neighborhood is a real delight! The wide open spaces and beautifully kept gardens create such a serene atmosphere. Plus, everything you need is just a stone's throw away - schools, bus stops, supermarkets, and clinics are all within a convenient 2km radius. You can count on reliable water supply and efficient garbage collection services, which definitely make life easier. And despite being a decade old, the construction quality is top-notch, so no leaky surprises here! Oh, and don't even get me started on the amenities - play areas, a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and even a little grocery store for those last-minute essentials. Water facility is very good in the society, available 24/7. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Greenery in the society is very good. There is a visitors parking area in the society. Celebrate every festival in the society. Ventilation in the flat is very good; there is a full balcony space, so fresh air and sunlight are abundant in the flat. Maintenance of the lift is very good. read more

Public transportation like buses is also not available nearby the society, and even if it is, it's very far, which is inconvenient. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are not well-maintained in the society. There are no supermarkets nearby the society, which is inconvenient. There is pollution around the society due to ongoing constructions, leading to dust in flats. There are no schools nearby the society. Construction quality is very poor; there are seepages in bathrooms and bedrooms, as well as cracks on walls in the society. read more

The buildings in this community are definitely well-built, with commendable construction standards that have kept leakages at bay. With around 250 families calling this place home, it's clear the residents are a friendly bunch. What's really convenient is the excellent connectivity � being close to the main road means easy access to the bus stop and metro, and with supermarkets, schools, and shopping malls all within a 2km radius, everything you need is right around the corner. Plus, there's no need to worry about water problems, and reliable power backup systems ensure peace of mind. It's great that the association organizes engaging events for residents, catering to all age groups. Public transportation is easily available within 100 meters from the society, which is very convenient. Metro stations are also accessible within a 500-meter radius, making commuting very convenient. Cabs and autos are readily available in the area, allowing for easy transportation. Water facility is very reliable, operating 24/7, and power backup is also available. People are respectful in the society, and parking spaces are spacious. There is a designated visitor parking area in the society. Schools are within a 200-meter radius, making them very accessible. Facilities are well-maintained in the society, and there is a grocery shop available inside, which is very convenient for residents. read more
