I personal says that the society is under NCLT and non registered flats where the flats valve are too low comparison other societies . maintenance team is not trained staff but they cooperative to help you as per their caliber . Lifts Maintenance are too poor and break down every other day . maintenance charges are too high comparatively the standard . UPVC /CPVC piping are bursting every their and than . Housing keeping services are average . security services is average and not alert timely . gardening services is good . Builder has left not of services resulting the occupant's are facing problem . Builder has not give his dues to Noida an authority due to registry of flats are stopped . read more

Living in my residential society has its perks. Parking is never a hassle, thanks to ample space available for residents. Our society boasts good construction quality, sparing us from common issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Sunlight streams into my flat, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere, and the ventilation is excellent. I appreciate the efficiency of our garbage collection system and the proper maintenance of our lifts, which adds to the convenience of daily life. Most importantly, the friendly and cooperative nature of the people in our society fosters a strong sense of community. We come together to celebrate cultural events and festivals, making living here a truly enjoyable experience. read more

While there are many positives about living in my residential society, there are also areas where improvement is needed. One key aspect is security, as outsiders are currently allowed in without proper inquiry. Strengthening security measures would enhance the safety and peace of mind of residents. Additionally, I believe that incorporating more green spaces would not only beautify the surroundings but also promote a healthier environment. It's great to hear that amenities are under construction, but it's important that they become functional soon to benefit the residents fully. Improving road conditions would also make a significant difference in the overall experience of living in the society, enhancing accessibility and convenience for everyone. read more

The society offers a range of excellent facilities that make life comfortable and convenient. The connectivity is great, with cabs easily available and well-maintained roads. Having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby adds to the convenience. Designated parking ensures there are no hassles finding a spot. The garbage is properly segregated into wet and dry categories and disposed of regularly, maintaining hygiene. We enjoy a 24/7 water and electricity supply, and the lift is always available and well-maintained. Any issues that arise are resolved within 24 hours, which is very reassuring. The flats have proper ventilation and excellent quality plaster, enhancing the living experience. Amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available and well-maintained. Security is robust, with 24/7 surveillance and CCTV ensuring safety. Additionally, the neighbours are friendly and cooperative, creating a pleasant community atmosphere. read more

Living in this society has many positives, there are a few issues that need attention. Seepage, termites, and leakage are prevalent problems that affect many areas. Additionally, there are a lot of stray dogs in the play area, which is a major concern, although efforts are being made to tackle this issue.
