Sobha City makes all of us feel like VIPs. Firstly, the place is very friendly. , Parking 7, Security Landscaped Gardens, Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Children's Play area, Club House, Indoor Games, Security Guard, Amphitheater, Badminton Court, Cricket, Pitch and Yoga. Almost all security plus safety function is present there like SECURITY CAMERA, 24-7 protection personnel, open fire fighting plus more. A few constructions are ongoing along with noise but that's temporary. WFH feels great along with a good cellular network, beautiful view plus so much greenery. I love the wide car parking space is presently there. Society is near all important places which includes grocery stores, hospitals, colleges, and much more. read more

The Interior is high quality and the building is great. Society servicing is so far decent. This place offers great construction with high quality, attractive fixtures, and good facilities. You will get to use Parking 7, Security Landscaped Gardens, Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Children's Play area, Club House, Indoor Games, Security Guard, Amphitheater, Badminton Court, Cricket, Pitch and Yoga. Plenty of greenery will certainly come to life within monsoons, open up spaces, a good environment to work from home along a good cellular tower connection. I like the servicing it is good although a few waterlogging issues are present. Or else, the place is the complete value of money. read more

The swimming pool is dirty and I find many bee hives in the building which is quite dangerous. The mobile network is an issue for me and I face problems while working. Presently there usually are end grocery shops nearby but are not properly stocked up. Several waterlogging is going to be seen because of the monsoon but that bother the citizens much. I think the drinking water problem remains the same. But overall i'm not so happy with the purchase. read more

I liked everything so far about Sobha City. The particular amenities are excellent. They are usually offering a particular pool, protection service, Parking 7, Security Landscaped Gardens, Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Children's Play area, Club House, Indoor Games, Security Guard, Amphitheater, Badminton Court, Cricket, Pitch and Yoga. Plenty of greenery and good views. Cellular towers are excellent enough for working quietly. The security aspect is great. Building quality plus fittings are so beautiful. Car parking space is adequate and you will get a huge space to roam around and relax. The only thing they should look at is the irregular water supply. This issue needs to be resolved with the corporation. read more
