Good things here

The connectivity of the society is good. There is no issue of traffic etc. The surrounding roads are very well maintained. There is no issue of�water�logging. read more

There were a lot of restrictions for tenants and there were a lot of issues of seepage in the society in every flat and the society was also not�pet�friendly. read more

Maintenance was average There was a drainage issue outside, causing many problems Faced seepage issues. The gym was not functioning at that time. read more

Good things here

Transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory. Maintenance quality was fine with no water supply or logging issues. Electricity supply was satisfactory. CCTVs were installed. Residents were friendly and cooperative. read more

Things need improvement

The gym quality is very bad. Construction quality was also poor with low quality material being used. Water pipes were polluted some time back. Roads outside the society have unmanageable traffic and are narrow. read more

Good things here

Transportation is accessible, and occasional issues like seepage and termites are resolved promptly. The society provides amenities like gyms, clubhouse,and a swimming pool, with allotted parking spaces for residents. The play area is enjoyable, but the gym is just average. The parks within the community are spacious. People living here vary from friendly to rude. Cleanliness is well-maintained, and overall maintenance is great. It's worth noting that there is no temple within the society. read more

The gyms and clubhouse could use some improvement, and that's the only thing I don't like about it.
