Good things here

A fine society to live in Well connected with the city via road and Marol naka metro station. Close to some good malls, schools and hospitals. It is very near to the airport. I am residing in a 3BHK in Camelia Tower. Home is spacious and the quality of construction is also good. The bathroom tiles and fiting are nice. The swimming pool and other amenities are well maintained. Thjere is greenary everywhere with staff ensuring cleanliness and hygyien is maintained in the common areas. The inside roads are regularly maintained. Parking space is enough for a bike and car to park easily. Security guard at every tower ensures safety. The lifts are spacious. The balcony spaces and garden view from 12th floor is awesome. Neighbours are well mannered and educated. The festivals decoratioon gives it a beautiful look. Ladies are well connected and can be seen chattering in the garden/clubhouse area. read more

The consturction quality has started showing signs. The area near the stairs have decoloured. The traffic during peak hours is high. read more

Good things here

Connectivity was good; autos and buses were easily available from the society. The residents were cooperative and celebrated festivals together. Water supply was available 24/7, and cleanliness was well-maintained. The society had good ventilation, allowing ample sunlight to enter. read more

Things need improvement

The society had all modern amenities, but they were inadequate considering the number of residents. The swimming pool timings were inconvenient, as it wasn't operational in the morning and evening, making it inaccessible for office-goers. During weekends, overcrowding became an issue due to high demand for swimming. There was insufficient greenery in the society. The wooden flooring in the master bedroom started deteriorating within 1-2 years. The lifts had become noticeably slow. read more

Good things here

It is one of the largest society in the city. Mithi river is just behind. The location is prime, well connected via public transport and andheri gatkopar expressway. The society is loaded with amenities like Swimming pool - olympic size, separate pool for kids, synthetic tennis courtt, green areas and fixed chairs installed along the pavement. mini theatre, midern gym, spa and jacuzzi, meeting hall and a club house. The cleanilienss is good and the construction quality is upto the mark read more

Things need improvement

Seepage issues have crept in. termite treatment also need to be redone. The repair takes a lot of time. More speed breakers should be installed to avoid any unwanted read more

Good things here

It�s a large high rise society with around 4000 residents in 18 acres area. The people in the society are nice to each other. Lifts are working well. Swimming pool and nearby green areas are decently maintained. Gym equipements are modern. There are enough parks and kids play area. The ventilation and sunlight is sufficent due to the french windows and doors. The fittings are premium quality. read more

Sometime it feels crowded here. Office hour rush inside the society is something I dislike. The maintenance charges though reasonable can be utlized better. The security staff should ne more proactive. The CCTV camersas in some places are not working read more

The airport is just 2 kilometers away, while the local market and hospital are within a 1-kilometer radius, making it incredibly convenient.
