The amnesties they are providing on this price range is immaculate. Others are charging 20% more for just 3 amnesties extra. Quality of construction is good, no deviation and the roads are also very firmly built. There are more properties under them but this is by-far the best one.

It’s a very affordable deal to sign for. The parking is great, even the visitors have there own parking which was a very good thing to do as it single handed solved many day to day life problems. Which helped in maintaining a peaceful community.

The markets are at a distance but the public transport helps it as the fair for autos are very low and they are always available. However the markets are very good, all kinds of stuff people need like clothes, groceries, dairy products everything is available.
