Good things here

easily accessible to malls, transportation, school, market, 24 hrs electric and water supply, no any crime happened here, decent people living here, yes we feel safe and secure here. well maintained streetlights . lot of parking spaces. read more

It is a residential neighbourhood that is well-developed and quite safe, and it is situated 500 metres from Madhavaram Metro Station and 2 kilometres from Madhavaram Highway. It's a farm with a variety of plants and vegetation.

It is a completely residential area that is secure and safe. Grocery stores are nearby and there is good greenery. The environment is good, but there is one drawback: waste clean-up will take longer than expected. Other than that, everything is fine. The streets are great for walking and there are no major issues with the drainage system. for jogging, as well as any nearby locations. read more

There is a bus stop within a mile. For public transportation, share and private vehicles are also offered. wide roadways with lots of parking. good environment I adore Kondingayur; once you visit, you never want to leave.

A residential neighborhood called Kodungaiyur may be found in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. It is part of the Chennai District's Perambur Taluk. The wide Kodungaiyur region is bordered to the north by Manali, the east by Korukkupet, the west by Madhavaram Milk Colony and Madhavaram, the southwest by Perambur, and the south by MKB Nagar (Vysarpadi). At Moolakadai, National Highway 16 (NH 16) crosses this region toward the southwest. The former Ward 01 (Kodungaiyur West) and Ward 02 (Kodungaiyur East). Following the delineation of zones and wards under the Expanded Chennai Corporation (200 wards), Kodungaiyur would be included in wards 34, 35, 36, and 37. (all four wards will come under Zone No: IV as per the newly expanded corporation limits). The most well-known neighborhoods in Kodungaiyur include Chinnandimadam, Amudham Nagar, Selavayal, Narayanasamy Garden, Soundarya Nagar, Parvathi Nagar, Venkateswara Nagar (Part I & II), Seetharam Nagar, R.V. Nagar, Union Carbide Colony, Brindavan Nagar, Sastri Nagar, Jambuli New Colony, Ponnus.
