The construction quality is commendable, with no visible issues such as seepage or leaks. Amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Parking spaces are spacious, and there is dedicated visitor parking within the society. Social life thrives here, with the ability to celebrate all festivals, which adds to the enjoyment of living in this community. Yashoda Hospital's convenient location near the society provides easy access to healthcare services. read more

The swimming pool in the society is not well-maintained. The nearest metro station is approximately 2 kilometers away, which may be inconvenient for residents relying on public transportation. The surrounding people are friendly, and we celebrate many festivals together like Bathukamma, Holi, Bonalu, Ganesh Chaturthi, and Diwali. The location is excellent, with a supermarket, theatre, grocery stores, shopping malls, and a school within 500 meters. The street lights work well, and there is good parking space. Amenities include a football field, old age ground, table tennis, basketball court, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children�s play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance-wise, they ensure proper cleaning, daily garbage collection, and there is good water and power supply. The lifts function well. read more

The road outside the society is often congested with traffic, causing delays and inconvenience for residents. This issue needs to be addressed to improve overall accessibility and ease of commuting. read more

Good things here

I really appreciate having nice, friendly, and humble neighbors around. The roads are well-maintained, and it's convenient to have schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. The regular garbage collection with wet and dry garbage segregation is efficient. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are diligently followed. The electricity and water supply are reliable. The construction quality is excellent with no issues of seepage or termite problems. The proper ventilation and good carpet area in the apartments add to the comfort. Plus, the availability and maintenance of modern amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are great perks. read more

Things need improvement

Sometimes, it can be a bit challenging to find autorickshaws and cabs promptly. However, overall, I've had a wonderful experience living here, and everything else is great. read more

Festival celebration is really good here. It has autos and cabs nearby. The lifts work well, and everything is clean. The garbage is collected regularly, and the water tank is cleaned. There is no seepage, leakage, or cracks in the buildings. The ventilation and sunlight are also good. There is a garden, a children's play area, a swimming pool, a gym, clubs, and a park. read more

Things need improvement

No need is provided for the handicapped people in transportation, they should do something for them. Gym is not opened for 24 hrs, there should be a specific time for women for swimming. These are the improvements which can be done in the society according to me . read more

There is seepage problem in the apartments of the society. No other issues related to any other aspect of society. I am completely satisfied with the society. read more
