Good things here

Cleanliness and hygiene were top-notch, with garbage collection on time. Security guards did their job well. Maintenance issues were resolved quickly by the maintenance team. All modern amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and gardens were available and well-maintained. Residents celebrated all festivals together. There were no problems with stray or pet dogs. The locality was very good. Everything was easily accessible. Transportation options like autos, rickshaws, and buses were readily available. There was allotted parking for everyone. The roads were of high quality, like a highway. There was a metro station within 500 meters, with two stations nearby. The airport was also within 10 to 15 minutes. read more

When I lived there, the street lights were not working well, but I can't say the current situation. The construction quality was somewhat poor as there were issues with seepage . windows falling during storms , the fittings were not good, as I saw online. read more

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro is nearby the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool,club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. Drinking water is availlable 24*7 in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly. CCTV is avilable and works properly. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. read more
