Society ke pass me dumping ground hai. society me bohot macchar hai. kabhi kbhi basement paking me pani bhar jata hai thoda. restaurants and shopping malls pass me nhi hai. buildings me balcony nhi hai. read more

The flat configurations of the apartments are, 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk and I will buy a 3bhk flat for my family and will be shifting here within a year. Honestly, the surroundings are so relaxed and soothing as well. For that reason, my husband will continue his work and my daughters will carry on their studies from here easily. They will provide us an adequate wifi connection for continuing works very comfortably. He is currently working at Ankur Hospital that is very close to our future estate as well. Here are some other facilities such as schools, hospitals, banks, shopping malls, shops for essential goods are at very few lengths. So these are the major factors of boosting this area vastly. read more

Apart from these, some negative points should be maintained by the authorities. Slum settlements in the area of this estate affect negatively housing sentiment. Most of the people will not prefer to live in this kind of settlement. Most of the time society faces frequent power cuts which are quite disturbing. Eastern Express Highway and LBS Marg face heavy traffic problems most of the time and it takes a lot of time for the dwellers to reach their destination. Eastern Express Highway and some internal roads have been damaged and several accidents happen for that and the roads have to recover for reducing accidents. read more

The residence is so airy and has substantial area for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I will meditate here every sunrise. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. My husband has heart issues and this area will be beneficial for him to walk. They have proposed to add basketball, badminton courts here. My children used to play basketball and this area will be beneficial for them. It has a community hall for meetings and cultural programs. The workers are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. The place is highly recommended for me with several fundamental external conveniences. read more
